The Playbook covers more foundational concepts and processes, whereas the full Agency: Unbound membership goes into details on how to implement them.

While I use AI extensively in my work and in the development process of content, my personal belief is that when doing training documents to represent my expertise, that the actual words you see are mine alone, so when there are problems with the training or how it's worded, I am personally learning fixing them and improving my communication skills.

If you have taken the course through GHL University, you will need to sign up and read through the playbook directly through AgencyUnbound.com to receive your certification as it is not tracked in my system.
