You send us a snapshot share link, and then we get to work documenting your entire snapshot and setup steps.
We audit every single workflow trigger, action step, form, link and setting in your snapshot for technical issues or design problems. And give you a report of what needs to be fixed.
If you purchased the add-on: We can rename all your assets to a custom and consistent naming convention for easy snapshot management too!
TOTALLY OPTIONAL: You can send any documentation or onboarding info if you have it. It's very useful but not necessary for us to do our work.
A second team member will then go through the completed documentation to test that a human can understand what was written, and ensure accuracy.
We perform a series of tests of the AI to ensure that it can accurately produce useful answers about your snapshot, as well as to further test that the documentation is accurate.
We generate a list of all technical issues that we found, and hand off the completed Airtable Documentation, spreadsheet, map, and any other deliverables in your package.

Here's what you need to know
We use the built in AI in Airtable, so there is zero setup. The documentation we make is AI-Ready, and can be used by any AI system via API, or exported as a knowledge base. You get a user friendly spreadsheet version as well.
Nope! For small-mid sized projects, you can use Airtable for free. If you use the AI a lot you will need a paid subscription of $20 a user.
All documentation projects are done by minimum of 2 human GHL experts, trained on the Agency: Unbound snapshot management system, and the documentation and AI goes through a testing process for accuracy.
AI is hit or miss, and when you have SPECIFIC questions about your snapshot, you need RELIABLE answers that show an understanding of not just the snapshot, but how it actually functions.
Our documentation system is optimized to work for how an AI thinks, by giving it the exact information and context about every single part of your snapshot.
It's a big claim. The reason our documentation creates a better AI is because we are not programming all of the answers into a knowledgebase; We are documenting the context of how your workflows all connect together so that the AI has the tools to diagnose and problem solve any question you throw at it.
This is not intended to replace your team, but rather to replace having your team to go looking for information or "figuring out" what's going on in your snapshot.

We have an incredibly detailed, and structured auditing system based on 5+ years of managing snapshots for teams of all sizes at scale.
The audit is focussed around the technical design and structure of your snapshot to answer the question: Is this snapshot able to be scaled effectively, or will it cause problems at scale?
You do not need a perfect snapshot to use this service, but you should have the snapshot in a "launch ready" condition. The audit is a powerful tool to know what you need to work on and fix.
The entire process you can learn for free. It's a very simple process that I've taught over 600+ people at agencyunbound.com, but speed and accuracy comes with years of experience knowing exactly what needs to be documented for an AI.
And it's easier to learn documentation when you have a real world example you can physically see.
An exact estimate is not possible as there are too many variables with snapshots. There is a limit to the amount of documentation one person can do in a day while maintaining accuracy, and our documentation experts are also experts with GHL that need to maintain their expertise in the platform with other projects.
A rough delivery estimate is:
- 2-4 business days (depending on complexity of the snapshot)
- +1 day for every 60 assets
This does not include communication time, scheduled meetings, questions or any back and forth that might need to happen.
